Message	the apexi, the Blitz.. Most any controller where you are setting a 'start boost' setting controls in this method. The start boost setting is typically set to just a hair under your target boost and this is the pressure level that the boost controller will begin opening of the wastegates. By setting it to just under your target, you are making the wastegates hold shut until your target boost level (or just shy of to prevent feedback).
